Isaiah

We meet Isaiah in Thoroughfare, where Ethel joins him to see the west. He is blonde with blue eyes and approx. 6 foot 2 inches.

Isaiah's actions drive the second act of Preacher's Daughter. After making it to the west, Isaiah begins feeding Ethel drugs and trafficking her in "Gibson Girl". Then, in August Undergound and Televangelism, he kills her, before eating her in "Strangers".

Isaiah wrote a letter to his mother, apologizing for his actions toward "her", which we can reasonably assume means Ethel. In the letter we see his loves his mother and the actions he has taken are for her. There is also a relief of another note on the back, but the content of that other note is unconfirmed.
