My name is Mother Beetle and this is a passion project I am putting together. The ultimate goal is to have a comprehensive collection of lore about the Ethel Cain Universe, sourced from what Hayden herself has said. I will be building the website as I am able- it involves a lot of finding posts over multiple years and platforms while also learning how to code!.
The main subject of this website is the Ethel Cain Universe. There may be posts about Hayden herself, when appropriate, but her other music projects will not be mentioned unless it directly correlates with something she herself as said in regards to their impact on the Ethel Cain Universe.
You may wonder, why aren't they just saying "Preacher's Daughter"? At the time of writing this, the Preacher's Daughter album is the only released media in the Ethel Cain Universe. Hayden has stated she plans for a PD trilogy including Preacher's Daughter, Preacher's Wife, and Preacher's Mother. She is planning on creating an album, a book, and a movie for each installment. As of June 11, 2023 we have no confirmed dates for future releases.

I ask that any corrections be sourced, as this website is focusing on what Hayden as confirmed to be true. Thank you! If it seems I've missed something, that may very well be the case!
